Gram flour ( Besan ) Uttpam
Ingredients
- Gram flour-2 cups

Chilli pwd 1tsp
-
Salt to taste
-
1 onoins chopped finely
-
1 tomato chopped finely
-
2- green chillies chopped finely
-
4 to 5, coriander a few,oil 1tsp,water.
Method
1.Take a bowl put besan( gram flour) into it and mix it with water to make a smooth batter.
2.Add chilli pwd and salt and mix well.
3.Add chopped onions,tomatoes,coriander, green chillies and mix well .
4.Take a non stick tawa pour oil wipe off with paper ,pour litle bit of batter on tawa,once done turn over..
5 Serve with chutney or sauce.
