Cinnamon Rolls

Ingredients

1 Maida -2 cup

2 Butter- 1/4 cup

3 sugar – 2 tbsp

4 Milk -1/2 cup( Luke warm)

5 Brown sugar – 1/4 cup

6 yeast – 1tsp

7 Oil – 1 tbsp

Method

  1. Add 2 tbsp butter in maida.Also add sugar and yeast and mix with help of Luke warm milk knead soft dough .

  2. Keep kneading for 5-6 minutes.

  3. Grease the dough with oil and keep it aside for 1 hour so that it ferments.

  4. Punch the dough

again.Sprinkle some dry flour and roll the dough in round shape.

  1. Now with the help of roller roll the dough into rectangular shape.

  2. Spread butter all over the sheet .Mix cinnamon powder& Brown sugar.

  3. Spread the mixture all over the surface.

  4. Roll the sheet with the help of your hands.

  5. Cut rolls into pieces.Place rolls in baking tray.Cover the tray and keep it aside for 1 hour .Rolls be get puffy .

  6. Preheat the oven. Place the tray in oven at 200 degree

  7. Bake them for around 25 min .

  8. Rolls r ready .Mix cardamom and sugar powder&sprinkle over them.
