Mung Bean Sprouts With Broccoli


  1. 4 stalks broccoli, chopped
  2. 1  cup mung bean sprouts
  3. 1 onion
  4. 1 tomato
  5. 1/4 tsp oil
  6. 1  tsp lemon juice
  7. 1  chopped green chili(optional)
  8. 1/4 cup chopped Paneer


  1.  Heat up a wok or frying pan and add in the cooking oil.
  2. Add cumin seeds sauté onion & tomato.
  3. Stir-fry the broccoli for about 1 minutes over medium-high heat.
  4. Add the mung  sprouts and stir-fry for a further 2 minutes. Add the salt . Then cover for 1 minute.  Add paneer cubes and at last add lemon juice.
  5. Serve as salad or as a side dish.
