Mint Tea

Mint is a great appetizer or cleanser and it promotes digestion .It also soothes the stomach in cases of indigestion .When you feel sick to your stomach,drinking a cup  of mint tea gives you relief .


  1. 1 handful of fresh mint
  2. 2 cups of boiling water


There isn’t really a recipe for mint tea, but rather a method. Wash and tear up the fresh mint leaves.  Put them in a  teapot and pour some boiling water over them. Allow to steep for about 3-7 minutes, depending on how strong you want your tea. Feel free to add a bit of honey .
