Multigrain Chapati

  1. 1/2 cup oats bran/oat flour
  2. 1/2 cup quinoa flour
  3. 1 cup whole wheat flour
  4. 1/2 cup soybean flour
  5. Salt
  6. water

Instructions

  1. Add all above things and mix with  water. Knead till it becomes a soft dough.
  2. Keep aside for about 30 minutes.
  3. Divide the dough to 8 to 10 equal sized balls . Lightly roll each ball to a chapatis . If needed sprinkle flour. Do not make them very floury.
  4. Heat a tawa.
  5. Transfer the roti to tawa.
  6. Flip it to the other side . Then put directly on flame.
  7. Transfer to a plate and rub ghee or butter to it.
  8. Enjoy with any vegetable.
  9. Can add ragi flour, chana flour.
