Roasted Sunflower and Pumpkin seeds/Happy Navratri
Sunflower seeds, the fruit of sunflower.Sweet, nutty sunflower seeds are an excellent source of essential fatty acids, vitamins, and minerals.
Pumpkin seeds are nutritional powerhouses wrapped up in a very small package.These are green because they have a high amount of natural chlorophyll in them.
Both these seeds are liked by my family so much .Everyday after drinking milk my kids and hubby ask for some salty snack so these roasted seeds are very common in my house on daily basis.Sometimes I roast melon seeds ,almonds,Cashews, makhana,chana and peanuts.

- Sunflower seeds 200 gm
- Pumpkin seeds200 gm
- White Pepper powder 1 tsp
- Rock Salt 1 tsp
- Garam masala 1/2 tsp
- Ghee 1 tsp
- Take both seeds in microwave safe bowl.
- Add 1 tsp of ghee and salt.
- Keep in microwave for 4 minutes on high.
- Take them out now add garam masala and pepper powder.
Perfect snack for fasting .😃
