Chocolate Barfi With Milk Powder/ Makar Sankranti Special

Makar Sankranti is an Indian festival celebrated in almost all part of India. It is a festival of flying kites and eating sweets made up of sesame seeds.

Ingredients

  1. Milk Powder 1 cup
  2. Sugar 1 1/2 cup
  3. Water 1 cup
  4. Choco powder 4 tsp
  5. Melted ghee 5 tsp
  6. Cardamom powder 1/2 tsp
  7. Roasted Sesame seeds 1/4 cup
  8. Chopped pistachio or any other nuts for garnish.

Method

  1. Mix milk powder and Choco powder together.
  2. In a pan mix sugar and water and boil it till u get one string consistency.
  3. Now add mix of Choco powder, milk powder ,cardamom powder and sesame seeds. Mix it. Now add ghee and mix it properly .Switch off the gas.
  4. Transfer this mixture to a greased plate.
  5. Sprinkle some chopped pistachio over it and press them.
  6. Cut it in your favorite shape and enjoy….😍
