lemon Grass Mint tea
- Water 500 ml
- Lemon grass stalks(chopped 3)
- Mint leaves a small handful
- Honey 1 tbsp(sugar)(optional)
- Ginger 1 piece
- Bring the water to the boil in a large saucepan.
- Add the lemon grass and ginger and boil for 5-6 minutes, remove from the heat.
- Add the mint leaves and honey, if using, cover and allow to infuse for 10 minutes.
- Serve in cups or glasses.
- If preferred, this mixture can be served chilled, in a tall glass with plenty of ice.
