Broccoli Cutlets

Broccoli is my family’s favourite. So I am trying to use it in my daily routine.


  1. 1 big broccoli finely chopped
  2. 4-6 boiled mashed potatoes
  3. Coriander leaves
  4. Chopped ginger 1 tsp
  5. Chopped green chili 1 tsp
  6. Salt
  7. Arrow root Powder/Cornflour 2 tbsp
  8. Garam masala 1 tsp


  1. Mix all things together.
  2. Make in any shape and shallow fried it on non stick pan by using very little oil.
  3. Serve with coriander chutney.
