Apple Milkshake/ Holi Special
Wishing you all my friends and readers of gharkepakwan a very colorful Holi with colorful memories in advance.
Holi is the festival of colors. Apple milkshake is a healthy beverage ready in no time. So lets celebrate this year Holi with this healthy milk shake.
- 2 small apples or 1 big size apple
- 2 glass chilled milk
- 2 to 3 tbsp sugar ( I used organic Brown sugar)
- Peel and chop the apples.
- Add them in the blender with sugar and 1/2 glass of chilled milk.
- Blend till smooth and add the remaining chilled milk and blend again.
- Pour the apple milkshake in glasses garnished with some dry fruits or you can also add some chopped apple. Serve immediately . Don’t keep in fridge to serve later .
Perfect recipe for fasting. It’s serves 4 glasses of milk shake.
